Wow, what a transformation!  Of all the homes that I've listed in my 12 years in realestate, this represented one of the biggest challenges. All the work had been done, new bathroom, all the walls painted but we had a problem. It just didn't look right, the rooms looked small and there was lots of excess"stuff". Kylie quickly assessed to situation, and called in various tradies to fix some maintenance issues, a cleaner and a gardener.
